This biodegradable and renewable polysaccharide from different starch sources including; Cereals (wheat, corn, rice, barley, barley, sorghum, rye and millet), legumes (beans, lentils, red beans, mung beans, peas and soybeans), roots and tubers (cassava and potatoes) and unripe fruits (bananas and mangoes) is. The most starch produced all over the world is obtained from corn.
